Our Story

Ayalas's Mexican Cafe began in 1998 as the first taco food truck in Hempstead, TX. It was named Ayala's Taqueria after our family last name. We are till this day proudly family owned and operated. We believe that what makes us unique is our customer service experience and definitely our great food. Our breakfast menu includes a fusion of american breakfast with mexican breakfast. Our lunch menu offers delicious tex-mex options and authentic Mexican food and homemade tortillas.
